Had 2 coaching calls today & "the job market is very bad" phase kept coming up
While it may be true, is it a thought that is *useful*?
It feels like a fact backed by evidence, but when we keep repeating it, it becomes a belief that the brain then keeps finding evidence for.
"A lot of people are finding new jobs" or "a lot of people are freelancing or starting their consulting practice" are also thoughts that can turn into beliefs you will then find the evidence for.
It always starts within.
I am offering a limited number of free coaching calls, if I can be helpful, please don't hesitate to book below.
Sometimes it really only takes 15-20 minutes to change a belief.
