Mindfully Transform was born in 2020 out of curiosity and a desire to add value. In a world where hiring often feels transactional and impersonal, we wanted to create something different—a partnership that combines deep human expertise with innovative technology.

Fanni Gabor

Founder, Chief of Staff

Fanni has built her career on a simple belief: the best people want to work with the best people. Through her decade+ experience as a coach, recruiter and mindfulness/meditation teacher, she has supported clients hiring and retaining talent in innovative ways. In 2025, she brought together her favorite recruiters, Anna Buchanan, Mabel Liang as well as the best cybersecurity experts and developers to launch Fanna, creating a powerhouse team that's transforming hiring for the AGI era.
