Built cross-office relationships both in person and virtually, rolled out new interview plan alignments with structured interviews, stayed beyond contract for 100-day new hire coaching.

Filled in for internal recruitment needs in building product and marketing teams for the late-stage, hybrid NYC-based startup during and post-Covid. Placed 25+ new hires. Coached internal recruiters, consulted on employment branding and DEI efforts, initial 6 months contract extended 3 times by client.
