8 reasons I am leaving The Change Agents Talent:
1. Because I want to. This alone can be enough.
Trusting the gut always leads to the right places - albeit unplanned and unexpected.
2. I pursued entrepreneurship in 2020 to feel free.
To move fast, sometimes randomly, other times boldly, without permissions, approvals or waiting.
Even with the best, most equal, empowering and loving cofounder, I felt less free.
3. I stopped beating myself up over my lack of ability to commit.
I accepted that I make great decisions and commitments for 6-12 months with renewals.
In that timeframe, I do my f*ing best.
4. I don’t believe in regrets.
I believe in action and trying new things.
I am proud that I was able to help Tiffany Tagle launch and get this business off the ground.
We were meant for each other at the time and space when we decided to partner.
It was the best decision then.
This is the best decision now.
5. We named the business The Change Agents Talent for a reason.
We love change and are good at it.
Both of our personal lives changed completely in a year.
We moved, fell in love, committed in our personal lives and gave each other both the strength and permission to be free and independent again in our businesses.
6. I hoped, and reality proved that we were able to “uncouple consciously," amicably and with love.
I was scared to go through the process.
But fear is never a reason to not do something.
I relied on my trust and love - of both myself and Tiffany's.
We exited the way we entered: staying grounded through change.
It does not mean that there were no tears, anger, disappointment and all the feelings.
But we stayed true to making decisions and actions out of hope, excitement and love.
7. My life is about forming relationships, and growing through them.
I met Tiffany in 2019 in the middle of a major change.
Never in a million years did I think I would learn this much from her in 5 years.
I am so excited to watch The Change Agents Talent grow under her leadership.
8. I am excited to return to hands on consulting across recruitment, coaching and mindfulness teaching - completely intertwining my life and work.
I want to build impactful relationships and find new ways to add value to my clients’ businesses and lives.
I want to collaborate with a diverse range of people.
I want to return to sailing my pirateship under Mindfully Transform (which never closed, but owned half of TCA until now.)
I will continue to merge my passions across finding and connecting exceptional talent to jobs and their best selves - some of that work is called recruitment, other is coaching with constant sprinkles + workshops of mindfulness.
There will be more events + community + podcasts.
More in person work in San Francisco / California.
More to come. All ears for ideas and brainstorming.
Expect the unexpected.

8 is Tiffany’s luckiest number.
I hope it will be mine too.
Grateful for u Tiff.
