The most successful and inspiring people I have met in my life could financially afford to retire, but currently feel too busy and in the flow with everything they want to do and are passionate about.

Some of the least successful and inspiring people I have met feel too bored, financially insecure and stuck where they currently are and are waiting for retirement as (supposedly?) the solution to that problem.
