When I started to bring in meditation, mindfulness (2017) and later coaching (2020) into my recruitment work, "relationship economy" was not yet a fancy business term.

Yet it was always in the center of business.

Maybe it just wasn't as clearly seen/valued from the outside as the ability to "build" aka code.

AI can make our greatest fears or greatest dreams come through.

It will be a choice - of mindset and perspective.
