Recruiting is a job where the highs are high and the lows are low.

One of my great supporters and mentors, Brian Batchelder gave me that advice years ago, during one of the lows. 🙏

20+ email inboxes later, I still try to remember to save the emails that bring me happy tears and joy - and to send emails that others can hopefully save.

Most jobs these days are high speed, high pressure, often stressful.

Remember to manage your thoughts, don't give up during the lows and celebrate the highs. 🎊🎊🎊
