⭐ If the job isn't for you, try looking internally at your company before leaving - there could be a great opportunity with people and a company culture you already know.

⭐ If the industry isn't for you, have some coffee chats with others in similar roles but different industries to know the pros / cons of that role across industries.

⭐ If the company isn't for you, know the root of what you do and don't like about your current company and start looking at opportunities at companies that align with what you're looking for.
